Danielle reminded me that one can be so absorbed in one’s own specialty that you assume you are conveying your message appropriately. You know how and why you are different and can easily assume that is clear to your prospects and clients. But is it really clear? She reminded me that before going into any conversation or messaging you should ask yourself what is your ideal outcome? What does success look like? What do they want and why will they listen to what I want? There were so many words of wisdom that came out of the conversation that I wish I had recorded it.
